Carriers pick the factor they already recognize.

Staying recognizable means someone finds the story every week, designs the slides, writes the copy, posts it on six platforms, answers the comments and watches the ad spend. At most factoring companies that someone is the owner at eleven at night, or nobody at all.

A tired man in a plaid shirt sits alone at an office desk at night, pinching the bridge of his nose and holding a phone beside an open laptop, with an orange trailer under lot lights in the truck yard outside the window.

What we make for CFX, we make for you.

This is work made for CFX, the working freight factor behind Herd: carousels, single images and short videos in its own colors and voice. Yours gets the same work in your brand, and a person checks every piece before it is scheduled.

  • Carousels

Built from what moved in freight that week, one idea per slide.

  • Single images

For the dates and headlines carriers already care about.

  • Short video

Vertical cuts for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, with voiceover.

We make your first 14 days of content. Yours either way.

How it works

From this week's news to a funded carrier.

01

Every post starts with something that happened this week

Rate swings, new authority filings, diesel prices, the broker story everyone in freight is talking about. We look at what changed, keep the angle your carriers and brokers care about, and drop the rest. No filler posts to hit a quota.

02

Carousels, video and images, in your brand

Your colors, your fonts and your logo on every slide. Swipeable carousels, short videos with voiceover, single images and text posts, written in your voice. A person checks every piece before it is scheduled.

03

Approve everything, or let it run

Flip one switch and posts wait for your sign-off before they go out. Leave it off and they publish on schedule while you keep the right to edit, reschedule or pull anything. Either way, you see the post exactly as the feed will.

04

Out on every channel, at the hour your buyers scroll

Posts go out on their own, from your company pages and from your reps' own profiles, where people actually read them. Scheduled in your timezone on the days and hours that get seen, and the moment a post is live its author gets a nudge to show up for the first hour.

05

Every comment, message and review in one inbox

Replies from every platform land in one place. Answer as your company in seconds, and when a carrier asks about rates, send the conversation to your Herd pipeline with one click.

06

Put money behind what already works

Connect Meta and Google Ads and see every campaign next to your posts. Boost a post that is landing, launch a simple ad, pause anything in one click. New ads start paused, so nothing spends until you say so.

07

See which post brought in which carrier

Reach, engagement and what went out on time, reported from real numbers, never estimates. Every lead keeps its source, so when a carrier funds you know the post, the ad or the campaign that started it.

One system

Marketing fills the pipeline. The pipeline tells marketing what works.

Herd Marketing is not a separate tool bolted onto your CRM. Every lead it produces lands in the Herd pipeline your team already works, FMCSA details fill in from the DOT number, and when a carrier funds you can trace it back to the post, ad or email that started it.

Ads and lead forms

Leads from Meta and Google lead forms land in your pipeline on their own, tagged with the ad that brought them in.

Comments and messages

When a conversation turns serious, one click sends the carrier to your pipeline with the thread attached.

Email campaigns

Outbound campaigns reach newly authorized carriers. Every reply becomes a lead with the DOT number attached.

Done for you. Never out of your hands.

A person checks every post

Content is made for you and reviewed by a person before it is scheduled. Add your own approval on top whenever you want it.

Your reps post as themselves

People read people. Posts can go out from your team's own profiles, not only from a company page few people follow.

It never guesses with your name

If a platform goes quiet mid-publish, Herd stops and asks instead of trying again. A missed slot can be fixed. A duplicate post on your name cannot.

The first hour is covered

The moment a post is live, its author gets a nudge with the first comment ready to paste, because the first hour decides how far a post travels.

Nothing spends by surprise

New ads and boosts start paused by default. Spend begins when you press go, and any campaign pauses in one click.

Numbers you can stand behind

Reports show what actually went out and what the platforms actually report. No estimates, no vanity math.

We run it on our own factoring company first.

Herd Marketing is how the team at CFX, the working freight factor behind Herd, plans and publishes its own social. It earns its place on our name before we offer it for yours.

Questions factors ask about Herd Marketing.

What is Herd Marketing?

Herd Marketing is the marketing add-on to Herd, the CRM for freight factoring companies. It plans, makes and publishes social content across your channels, runs your Meta and Google Ads, answers comments and messages from one inbox, and sends every lead into your Herd pipeline with its source attached.

Who makes the content?

We do. Each week we pick what is worth saying in freight, then make the posts, carousels and videos in your brand and your voice. A person checks every piece before it is scheduled, and you can require your own approval on top.

Do I have to approve every post?

Only if you want to. Approval is a single switch. With it on, posts wait for your sign-off. With it off, posts publish on schedule, and you can still edit, reschedule or pull anything before it goes out.

Which platforms does Herd Marketing publish to?

LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, YouTube, TikTok, Threads, X, Pinterest and Bluesky, plus Meta Ads and Google Ads. Posts can go out from your company page or from your team's own profiles.

Can it post from my salespeople's own LinkedIn profiles?

Yes, once they connect their accounts. People read posts from people, so Herd publishes from the rep's own profile by default and tells them the moment the post is live, with the first comment ready to paste, so they can answer in the first hour.

How do leads from social media and ads get into Herd?

Lead-form submissions from your ads arrive in your Herd pipeline automatically, tagged with the ad they came from. When a comment or message turns into a real conversation, one click sends it to the pipeline too. If the carrier shares a DOT number, their FMCSA details fill in on their own.

Does Herd Marketing run email campaigns?

Yes. Herd reaches newly authorized carriers with outbound email campaigns, and every reply lands in your pipeline as a lead with the DOT number attached.

Is Herd Marketing sold separately from the CRM?

It is an add-on for Herd customers. Factors in the founding class get first access to both, in waitlist order.
